Fellowship Group
Meeting in the home of one of the members and starting at 7.30pm, the first part of the evening is usually spent chatting about thoughts from a chapel service, individual quiet times, current personal issues/needs etc over a cuppa. We enjoy the interaction and recognise the truth of Proverbs 27:17, “You use steel to sharpen steel, and one friend sharpens another.” (The Message)
One part of the evening is spent praying for each other, the church and our community, as well as wider world issues. Sometimes we will follow a study guide such as Max Lucado’s “3:16 The Numbers of Hope” and at other times pursue something ‘of the moment’. All in all these are relaxed and friendly times together.
December usually sees a number of evening activities which lead to an alteration to the regular pattern. You’ll need to see the Chapel planner to see what’s going on. Go to the Members pages and you can view/download the current planner.
Fellowship Meal
The fellowship group meets together for the last week of the month to share a meal. This will often happen at the Chapel but sometimes the venue is again at a member’s home.
